This is a means of searching for missing folders using an advanced folder search. Expand the Deleted Items folder then right click on the older archive folder and choose Move. To move the folder out of deleted items, click More > to expand the folder list. Clicking Archive will then bring up the select archive folder dialog.Īfter you select a new folder, move the original folder out of Deleted Items. You can try renaming the current archive folder (it worked for me, once) but if that fails, you’ll need to delete the current folder. Is there any way to change the destination folder of the one-click archive button on the web version of Office 365? I create a new 'archive' folder under my Inbox for each year, and I can't see a way to reflect that!
